No. Your records are encrypted on your phone before they are backed up, and the key is protected by your password. We hold an unreadable copy. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe, because if you lose your phone, your password and the code, nobody can open that backup — including us.
No. The app is in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole, and the invoice your customer receives is always in English. Write the job in your language and the app writes it in trade English for the invoice.
You drop to the Free plan and keep everything you already made. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
